Notices and Reporting

This page is our single point of contact for authorities and users, and our channel for reporting illegal content or raising a complaint. Every route below reaches a person.

1. Contact for Authorities

Authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services may contact us directly by electronic means at contact@newey.ai. This is our single point of contact for the purposes of Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

Language: English. Please mark the subject line so we can route your message quickly — for example, Authority request.

2. Contact for Users

If you use Newey AI, you can reach us at contact@newey.ai. This is our point of contact for the purposes of Article 12 of the Digital Services Act, and it is a direct route to a person — we do not rely on an automated chatbot as the only way to reach us.

For product questions, feature requests, and account help, our contact form works too. Use the email address above when your message concerns the notices and rights described on this page.

3. Reporting Illegal Content

Anyone may report content they consider illegal — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be in the EU. Send your report to contact@newey.ai. This is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.

So that we can act on your report, please include:

  • A clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal.
  • The exact location of the content — a URL, a share code, or a broadcast code.
  • Your name and email address, so that we can acknowledge the report and tell you what we decided. You may omit these for reports concerning offences covered by Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.
  • A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.

Reports about copyright are welcome through the same channel. We have not yet designated an agent under the U.S. DMCA or a recipient under Article 103(4) of the Korean Copyright Act; if that changes, we will publish the designation here.

4. How We Handle Reports

  • We confirm receipt of your report without undue delay, to the email address you gave us.
  • We review it and tell you what we decided, including when we decide to take no action.
  • If we act on content someone published, we send that person a statement of the reasons — what we did, on what basis, and how to contest it.
  • Decisions are made by a person, not by automated means. We do not use automated tools to detect or decide on reported content.

5. Complaints and Disagreements

If you disagree with a decision we made about content — yours or content you reported — reply to our message or write to contact@newey.ai and tell us why. We will look at it again and answer you.

Our decisions do not limit your rights: you may bring the matter before a court, and nothing on this page affects any remedy available to you under applicable law. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can use the same channel to complain about content or about how we handled a report.

6. Privacy Complaints

Questions, complaints, and requests about personal data — access, correction, deletion, export, or objection — go to contact@newey.ai. You can also export or delete your data yourself from your account settings.

Details of what we process and your rights are in our Privacy Policy. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
