  1. Caption display improvements

    Improvement

    Choose 2–4 caption lines and adjust the size of source-language captions. Changes apply instantly, even mid-session.

  2. Glossary v1

    Feature

    Register product names, proper nouns, and technical terms in “source=translation” format and they always come out exactly as specified. Applied automatically when a session starts.

  3. Accounts · usage server

    Infrastructure

    Google sign-in and monthly/daily usage limits are in. Billing is based on caption-active time — independent of how many languages you export.

  4. PiP error reporting

    Improvement

    When the overlay window can’t open (unsupported browser, permission issues), the cause is now shown right away.

  5. shadcn UI migration

    Improvement

    The console UI was rebuilt on shadcn/ui, with more consistent dark theming and better accessibility.

  6. M2 — Overlay · stage · multi-window

    Milestone

    Document PiP overlay caption windows, fullscreen stage mode, and 1:N multi-window with a different language per window are complete.

  7. M1 — Real-time pipeline

    Milestone

    The browser-direct pipeline from microphone to STT + translation is complete, supporting partial-update and full-sentence display on a shared caption event schema.

  8. Project kickoff
